Know Your Client Mind Set

Have you ever been late for a meeting?

We all have.

As professional accountants we care about our clients.

…but we should be always mindful of this ONE thing when interacting with them.

Great video, Erik! Being on time is a sign of respect for my clients, and a sign of respect for myself. But more than that, it is a signal about the way I run my practice. If I cannot be on time, I need to look at what other thing I am doing too much of, in my own life. Thanks for this suggestion; I am going to adopt it. Blessings to you
