And a study of depression in Australia some 3 years ago showed that the biggest ‘spike’ in cases was from professionals being forced to account for their time in 6 minute units. As the CEO of the organisation commented: ‘people who insist on their team members accounting for time have to understand they’re actually killing people.’
Accountants exist to bring life to business, to change the lives of their clients AND their team members too.
Charging by time kills you …. both in a business sense AND literally.
