When I was running my first accounting practice

…I simply did what all the other accountants were doing.

Blindly – I followed them.

But a tragic thing happened when I did this.

I didn’t have a clear path to follow.

I couldn’t make daily decisions on which way to turn.

I was “lost”.

So… The FIRST thing I do with all of my coaching clients is to clearly define this question: Where are you going?
